I don't know much about this generally, but maybe this article will help? http://www.chess.com/forum/view/help-support/a-guide-to-posting-your-games-on-chesscom
Creating pgn doc

Did you save the file with the .pgn file type designation in the file name? (for example, george.pgn)

Try this, it might work:
[Event "EXPLORING PIECE INTERACTIONS"]
[Site "?"]
[Date "?"]
[Round "?"]
[White "?"]
[Black "?"]
[Result "*"]
[SetUp "1"]
[FEN "4r3/1pk2p2/2bp3n/4P3/3PN1B1/7P/1K6/2R5 b - - 0 1"]
[Termination "unterminated"]
1. ... {Here the beginner needs to take a long look at the many things that
are going on. Black has a few tempting captures, but does White also have
threats? A simple "capture inventory" like this is very useful for
beginners! Note that, in this example, it's not important who is and isn't
better. What is important is that the student note all the possible
captures and threats.} f5 {appears to fork two of white's pieces, but this
move has some interesting ramifications.} (1. .. Rxe5 2. dxe5 {highlights
the strength of a pawn.}) (1. .. Nxg4 {is an even trade:} 2. hxg4 {and now}
dxe5 {fails to} 3. d5 {pinning black's Bishop to his King (highlighting the
strength of white's Rook). Note that the Bishop can't move due to Rxc7 -
since it's illegal to give away a King, the c6- Bishop is frozen.}) (1. ..
dxe5 2. Nf6 Rh8 3. d5 Nxg4 4. hxg4 Rh2+ 5. Kb1 Rf2 {Black will lose his
Bishop, but he's hoping to eat all the white pawns (which would lead to a
draw).}) 2. Nxd6 {is annoying!} (2. exf6 {it's important that Black noticed
this possibility!} Rxe4) *
I am trying to create pgn docs using notepad. I'm trying to do this from my work desk computer so I cannot download any software. I copied a pgn into Notepad and was able to save it as a pgn document. However, when I try to load it from Chessbase online thru the MyGames Cloud viewer it will not allow me to view the game.
Does anyone know how to do this correctly? Below I listed the exact document that is saved:
[Result "*"]
[FEN
"4r3/1pk2p2/2bp3n/4P3/3PN1B1/7P/1K6/2R5 b
