Cross 2000 rating

To cross 2000 elo in Rapid it takes 3 years for me. In beginning I played for hours to get more rating and I played nonstop but I was not improving that fast as I expected. Then I started to see You tube videos of different chess players Like Levi, Hikaru and others and by following their rules I started to see my improvement. Then I started to review my games and learned from my mistakes and improve faster. After crossing 1600 I stucked there for a while and can't able to go further. Then I started to solve more puzzle where I learn more about calculation and lines and variations, then I played with coach in chess.com which help me to improve more and help me to analyse every game... I also Tried different openings in the beginning and later realised that knowing opening will not improve me much. I just need to avoid blunders and mistakes in opening and Play those simple line which will help me to win. To play in a complex way I first need to know about everything about that opening otherwise sometimes it may become risky. Then I started to learn endgames and fried to understand endgame patterns. I learned to checkmate with two different coloured bishops and bishop and knight. At first it was really hard to checkmate with Bishop and Knight but by practicing more and more I gradually learn this too. Then again I stared to improve and increased my rating. Now I spend my time more in understanding and Analysing more than just playing blindly. I hope it'll help you too to improve in chess. Thank You... ✨

Your journey is impressive, but dont stop grinding, you can improve even more, dont me afraid of falling back below 2000 when you can get even higher.
