Crowns are just for show to mark completion. I do no think there is a way currently to show how many you have earned. Hopefully, that gets changed quickly; some stat on the profile page would be nice.

Hover over each bot to see how many you have on that particular one. Based on the wording on the News post in beta, that isn't getting tracked any more than that; that is, you won't get an additional three crowns for beating the same bot in Challenge mode.

For clarification, I was interpreting the question of whether there is a counter which shows how many crowns total a player has accumulated from the bots, and I don't think that is displayed anywhere (currently).
3 crowns = Challenge mode or Custom mode
2 crowns = Friendly mode
1 crowns = Assisted mode
Oh lol, I have been trying so hard to get 3 crowns on 1 of the bots.... Cause I thought it was about skill...lol
I beat my bot through challenge mode but it hasn't updated it to 3 crowns, what can i do to fix it?

if you have premium and beat a bot and then you stop getting premium do you keep the crowns on the bot or no

I think you do, but I don't think you'll see them since they'll be locked.
I beat a bot on time and the 3 stars doesn't show up
