I dont think anything dodgey is up, i just think its the whole mobile server thing. I have fairly extensive experience playing chess online on an actual pc through sites like ICC and PlayChess. Mostly, those issues do not exist in those formats. Im not going to blame Chess.com, because i dont currently have a pc, and have never used chess.com full site. However, i know that the mobile sites, overall, are scaled back versions of the full pc sites across all these companies. Mobile is very convenient, but the implementation is just not up to par yet with the pc experience. If you're using an actual pc with chess.com and having these issues, then i would recommend giving ICC a try, they have a trial period for first timers. Im not trying to sell anything, but ICC is the premier chess site on the web. All im saying is its worth looking at if you haven't checked it out yet. But even with that, their mobile app is way, and i do mean way scaled back from their pc version. I would only go back to ICC in full pc format, the mobile app is just not worth it in my opinion.
crushing opponent then all of a sudden i get disconnected

so a few times when I have gotten the better of my opponent like when I take a hanging queen or I trap their queen just when I'm expecting them to quit cause they pause for a moment it starts the reconnect timeout for me.
my connection is fine cause i can do other stuff on my phone.
really annoying as its going to be an easy win. its almost as if something dodgy is up ??
