Report he/she/it - it's probably doing the same to others and bumming them out - it needs a wake-up call that the other player is a human being, not some straw target.
I got a chat from my opponent the other day - it was friendly - more or less a face palm after his blunder - and even that was disconcerting - like woah- suddenly it's a real person! So I can imagine how REALLY unpleasant it would be to get a nasty comment as you describe! No need for that!

I agree, but I don’t know what happens when I report it.... I mean, would it be useful?
I am only 9 yrs, and don’t want anyone to get in trouble for nothing, well it’s not nothing, but I think you get the meaning.......
And it doesn’t have anything to do with my age, but just that these things are happening to young people like me, and their opponent doesn’t know who they are saying the rude stuff to....
And the person bullying me used the wrong gender to address me.... it’s not right, that can hurt people too
1. Why are you admitting your age?
2. Your opponent can't even make a proper sentence.. Nothing to be worried about.
3. Are you seriously questioning whether you should report it?

Certainly it would be useful - I think they warn the user and if they got multiple complaints I assume user would eventually be banned. Even the user would benefit - perhaps he/she doesn't know how unpleasant people find it.
…But how do you report?
Is this even appropriate? I am just and kid and can’t believe this happened......
