Engine position ratings smaller than -1 or +1 don’t mean anything, humans won’t be able to convert them to a win. Also win rates don’t really matter either, they can often be highly subjective.

Really, above 0.5 advantage by even 0.01 is possible to force a win if each player has an equal skill level unless that skill level is a little stupid like at the 100 ELO through 500 ELO then who knows what happens but its accurate try playing any engine against itself at its top depth but one side has at least 0.51 advantage you'll find one will win but your arguments still kinda accurate. also I'm arguing against the argument that D4 has to many traps in it E4 however is pretty well known mainly for its traps also most of the times the differences in an engines evaluation is because of bad strength in the engine an engine can have 100 depth but if it has low strength it could loose to an engine that's strong but has a depth of 15 since strength is more important then depth if you can see a position 100 moves away how do you know who is winning without an strength in the engine. another reason is because some engines give different evaluations multiplications if you look back through the forum find the engine I gave that is much more accurate then chess.com you'll find it gives half the evaluation points of Stockfish when Stockfish rates 2.00 if the engine sees what Stockfish sees it will rate 1.00 so on the engine since its strength is a little bit less then actual Stockfish from either cloud or website it doesn't see that high either so it rates them equal instead of 0.01 better for D4 but it does state D4 wins more then E4 and its could mean something because 1 percent more win rate comes in handy if you play chess lots like most of the active accounts on chess.com. Stockfish is the strongest engine that's what makes it to be known as the best engine to most people so with the most strength its the most accurate for the opening in middle game and you don't even need the end game if you already are winning in the middle game and Stockfish differences advantage in D4 and E4 by +0.08 for D4 compared to 0.51 to cause a forced win that can be lots of advantage. Even to the smallest levels they are differences no matter what that fact is impossible to change. I don't wanna hear the arguments that are not that big of differences, engines give different evaluations, or nobody cares about these traps. The reason being that's a whole different argument completley.

Do you really think having a hundredth of a pawn (imo a pawn that can only move every 100 turns) is enough to force a win?
