It's thought that the order of opening moves, according to strength, is Nf3, c4, d4, e4.

Certainly, 1. e4 allows 1. ...c5 whereas 1. d4 doesn't allow 1. ...c5, because that's already an inferior position for black. Probably there's no forced win but it's difficult for black. 1. Nf3 allows anything but 1. ...e5, but it's a very strong waiting move. 1. c4 allows anything but 1. ...d5, which can't be good. Maybe it doesn't allow 1. ...b5.

Oh and you can ignore what stockfish may say about 1. c4.
