So I played the two bots, Danny and Danya, against each other. And Danny ended up beating Danya, even thought the Danya bot is said to be rated 150 points above Danny. How come Danny won?

Well, the ratings aren't real ratings. The bot ratings are just guesses.

And one game isn't conclusive. I think you should run at least five games.

This is a prime example of why small sample sizes are meaningless. A rating difference of 150 would mean that Danny should win about one game in three, and you got the one. A difference of 150 does not mean Danya would win every game, but if you have them play 100 times, you'll get a more accurate picture.
