That is correct. I spend all my practice time playing the computer (currently at level 8 after carefully working my way up), as well as all the drop-down links under Lessons (tactics, strategy, openings, drills, vision, endgames, ) replaying GM games etc). I also practice on ChessGeniusPro and read books by Fischer, Botvinnik, Nimzowitsch, Vukovic, Watson, Silman et al. My only non-engine play or practice is OTB. Hope that answers your concerns.
