Deep Shredder Chess Missing Toobar on macOS (& no response from their support)

Hi:

Using the Deep Shredder App on macOS Ventura, Apple Silicon, and the menu toolbar is missing. Since some functions (e.g. layout) are only bound to the toolbar, the program is crippled. I emailed the developers for support but did not receive any response at all, not even an acknowledgement. It makes me think they no longer support the program. Anyone else had similar experiences with their app functionality and level of support?

P.S. I have purchased their latest version, Deep Shredder 13.

I had a question about Shredder 13 a few weeks ago, and the developer answered quickly. But after I was not satisfied, and he could not help me, he stopped answering. Also have macOS and the font size is too small on my screen. There is no way to change that. I wanted to cancel the purchase.  I guess he didn't want to do that.

@Der_Berg: Thank you for your post. I just received a response this evening after 4 days. It looks like the macOS version is really limited compared to the Windows version: no toolbar, no changing layouts, and no DGT board support, although the latter is more DGT's fault for not providing any Drivers for macOS. But the main thing I miss on macOS is the ability to change the engine's play style.

Yes, unfortunately, that seems to be the case. Was also not clear to me before the purchase. That's why I wanted to return it. The "human" way of playing and the adjustment to the playing strength, however, works well. That's why I had bought him.
The user interface is just really no longer up to date.
