OK then really well done. You saw your opportunity and went for it tooth and nail.

ThanksĀ

You're welcome. Is there anything else I can say to give you a boost?

He had to play 8. ...Bb7 to give his Q an escape square. But you would still have won because you could get four pieces quickly into his K-side. He can't castle queenside because it takes several more moves to get his Q away. So he's doomed. Well done.

In addition to this, he more than likely didn't apologize for what he did. He just did it with no regrets!

If they pouting and shouting and go to tampo? FINE.

If they cry to husband? FINE.

If they block you? FINE.

If they table-flip rage? FINE.

If they report you? FINE.

Could you imagine being reported because you smashed your opponent who had played an opening so badly that the reason for you being reported was because your opponent was butt hurt.

ha ha trolled lulz

Yes of course, that aspect of his behaviour was callous and unfeeling of his opponent's disquiet. But he's young. Given time he may learn to be merciful and win in even fewer moves.

Hehe thanks again . Gave me a nice boost . You see I am on a tilt and lost about 100 points in rapid today. I can't even keep track of basic stuff like how many pieces are attacking my piece and how many are defending it . My brain is just not working . So yeah a win here and there really boosts up my morale

Looks like some pretty bad play. Still a wins a win

Rc1 followed by Nc5 looks fairly promising for a start.

Avatar of Optimissed

No, Nc5 lets the Q out.

I don't do puzzles.

I spend half my time on puzzles - and the other half fooling around in the chess.com forum.

If I REALLY had nothing better to do, I could sit on my computer all day and all night drinking and doing puzzles / watching the forums. Until passing out.

You must be very bored.

Avatar of Optimissed

I only ever did about four. One since I was a member this time. That's one puzzle since 2014 or whatever. I succeeded! happy.png But ...

My wife has come to take me away from all this. Tomorrow, I must work. Thought I was going to work today. Did two hours and some cooking and then sat around drinking malt whisky and talking to people here.

If you like soft jazz, beer, whiskey, all kinds of different snacks, and of course DIY BBQ while playing OTB chess, then his place is the place to be.

As a matter of fact, his Christmas meeting is next week.
