seriously getting old that lag continues to be an issue.. can these developers not detect lag? I went from 45 seconds to 30...... fix it.

The lag is outside their control. Evidently your signal gets slowed down somewhere. It's lucky for you they even let you play. If you get adjustments that large, your lag must be very bad.
They say they won't let you start a game if they measure it over two seconds. It should probably be much lower for bullet- maybe 0.2 seconds.
