e6 blocks light bishop but if i keep pawn where it is it block dark bishop...WHich to do? either way it blocks development i face this problem as white too.

With the pawn on c2 blocked by the knight on c3, White's queen doesn't have quick access to the b3 square, so there is less potential pressure on b7 than there would normally be. Because of that, Black is a little more free to develop his light squard bishop. So I agree that Bf5 is worth considering.
