DGT 2010 Chess Clock

Yes, if it doesnt make a light sound, and im a pretty hard hitter :P, i dont hit it softly, but i hit it hard enough for it to go all the way now.

i cant stand the clicking sounds i guess i am one of the rare ones that prefer the touch sensors over the buttons. as far as chronos goes

You arent one of the "Rare" ones, alot of people like touch sensors, more people prefer it then the button i believe.

What about option 4 i believe?

You can manually set your time i believe.. so does thta mean i can make the game 30 seconds or 1 minute or 12 minutes?

And for fischer bonus can i put like 1 minute and 20 seconds incraments for example?

does anybody have a DGT 2000 clock for sale? i can't seem to find one online...it was my favorite clock when I first started playing blitz, and would love to have one for nostalgic reasons :)

Have you tried eBay?  They've tons of memorabilia stuff that comes up for sale from time to time.  Though  I don't see any at the moment, you could do up a 'search' that will email you when a fresh auction of one starts up.

I have been checking ebay periodically, but still a no-go..

I ended up buying a DGT North American...great clock for only $35-40! 

Still, I'd like to add a DGT 2000 and a DGT 2010 to my collection :)

Note: at the ChessIQ website, the DGT NA is $45 andthe DGT 2010 is $55!!

I looked at the picture on this site & I believe the clock for sale for $55 is the 1st generation DGT 2010--maybe that's why it's so cheap on there.

I think it is one of the best digital chess clocks ever made. Just bought a DGT 3000 clock to and I think this one is also a good and reliable chess clock. Would recommend.
