DGT Smart board with chess.com

Hi, I’ve just played a game on chess.com with my Dgt smart board with my MacBook. I had to use live chess and Google chrome and the voice extension. I stumbled upon a video on YouTube showing how to do it by chess house. It’s a bit clunky, but so far, for the first game at least, it worked. I wonder if I’ve been missing something?

Also I’ve just updated White Pawn to 08/08/22 version and it won’t recognise the board on my Tab A8.

Anyone else using their smart board with chess.com?

Actually I spoke too soon. That page is an old archived page which came up in a google search. It worked for a couple of games, but then flaws started appearing in move recognition. 

I contacted DGT but they weren't interested. They said they had no problems with the 650 boards at the chess olympiad. Different application there mmmmmmmm, never mind.

I only tried it because White Pawn isn't working since the last update.

On a PC? Do you play a lot of your games on here with dgt board? Is it the Smartypants board?

Funnily enough the voice extension was perfect, it's the chrome extension. It shows how to do it in that video above.
