Diamond membership charged me 400 Turkish Lira and i need to get it refunded - Chess Forums

I was subscribed to the diamond membership for chess.com but i thought it was a monthly thing because chess says it’s 33 Turkish Lira a month. I checked my bank account and found 400 Turkish Lira out of my account and immediately cancelled i need it refunded because i can't afford that kind of money and it was my moms credit card.It's been 14 hours since I sent an e-mail but they didn't respond me.(mom's gonna kill me please help)

If you already sent an email, support will get it handled. It may take a little time since they have been receiving a lot of tickets.

Thanks guys.Mom found out about it and she thinks they are not gonna refund.I said it will take some time but she been treating me like I murdered her mom since she have found out about it.Hope they handle it soon.
