Kaspy acted just plain stooopid though. He over done it a bit.
Did anyone on here get a screenshot of Magnus Carlsens face when he blundered?
I think Vishy losing his title has been the best thing that has ever happened to him since winning his first WC title.

Kinda like watching World Series of Poker players when they lose a big hand...

Showing emotion is good for chess as a sport. Even poker attracts many spectators because not everyone stick to their "poker face". Guys like Hellmuth and Matusow made poker famous, and if Carlsen and other top guys show more emotion it will be good for chess.

Also, more blitz tournaments would make it great. But not like Ch, where there is too many games to follow, but rather like those in 1996...
I streamed it live, and uploaded the end of the game on youtube if someone wants to watch it http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5xX2h_WdibM
Edit: Its the game that was played on the 18 June 2014 between Carlsen and Anand during the world chess rapid championship in Dubai
you people are talking about anand vs kasparov game in which kasparov blundered so any one please post that game and some info about that event
In this blitz game Kasparov, playing black, reacts after his blunder in a winning position on move 33 which can be seen at the 5 minute mark in the video. However his reaction isn't very noticeable until Anand plays the 34th move and Kasparov's poker face, and position, collapses.
The video covers the position step by step starting at 9:03

By the way everyone, the fide rating calculator puts Carlsens rating performance over his last 30 blitz games (2 tournaments, Norway & Dubai) at 3021. 20 wins, 1 loss, 9 draws vs an average rating of 2736.

Haha, I had no idea he looked like that! I saw the blunder in the game score, but didn't see the actual players. It certainly seemed almost impossible for Magnus to do something like that. But wow, seeing his face... I really get a sense of just how inexplicable of a blunder this is for him!
I don't know, I like to see him expressing himself like that. He has passion for the game. He's not the kind of person to take out his frustration on his opponents; only himself.
Carlsen needs to control his emotions better.
Why? What is this obsession with people to control emotions? Humans are emotional creatures.
(I'm not saying you personally have an obsession.)
