Look at your archive. You can see how your rating goes up after a win and down after a loss. The win against whyayeman got you a 20 point increase in your rating-- from 1448 to 1468.
You don't get the same number of points from each game. How much your rating changes depends on the rating difference between you and your opponent. That 1 loss to the 1326 rated player cost you a lot of points.
