bliz is one of the modes, I prefer them because after half an hour in front of the chessboard I tend to fall asleep, but they help a lot in evaluations because when you play bliz you can't go away from the table (you would lose).

In your case, your actual rating shows in Blitz and Bullet where you are 1400ish with an even score of 143W/136L/13D (Blitz), which is a normal win/loss ratio.
You should focus on improving on your own, noone became a star in chess within one year. Not Morphy, not Capablanca, especially not Fischer
