expert Im not, but I've been playing chess for many years.
bliz is one of the modes, I prefer them because after half an hour in front of the chessboard I tend to fall asleep, but they help a lot in evaluations because when you play bliz you can't go away from the table (you would lose).
so, since you have a good standard score, I suggest you train in bliz and go for a good score, 1400 elo is too little (1700 elo would be enough) or the ill-thinkers may suspect that you have obtained your score using a PDA.
Thank you very much ill start taking blitz more seriously

In your case, your actual rating shows in Blitz and Bullet where you are 1400ish with an even score of 143W/136L/13D (Blitz), which is a normal win/loss ratio.
You should focus on improving on your own, noone became a star in chess within one year. Not Morphy, not Capablanca, especially not Fischer

I suggest you buy my courses on tactics for 1-2 categories and a course on positional sacrifices for 1 category and a candidate for master of sports. When buying courses, you will be given a bonus: for any purchased course, the author of the course analyzes your 2 chess games, which you will offer yourself. I feel more rushed in blitz because there is less time so I sometimes blunder my pieces in blitz.
is the fun side of the blitz
