Different Computer Difficulty, Different ELO?

Hi guys. Would like to ask why I can see Computer opponents with different Difficulty and Different ELO? For example, I faced 1288 Computer Medium last night. Found it to be OK. Today, I faced a 1341 Computer EASY and found it to be a lot easier. I thought it was gonna be harder. I'm not sure why the easy computer has a higher ELO. Any ideas on why this is so? Thanks in advance.
