disconnect issues

When I play High Rank opponents and I'm winning, my game always freezes up : and says waiting and disconnects? 

How do I stop my Opponent from doing this? 

The same thing probably happens when you play lower ranked opponents too. It's your internet connection.

Or alternatively, you have too many active programs on your device. Close everything and restart.

I message Chess.com and they found that I had over 10 games of unfair opponent play ' Its really a shame that the app allows this continually:

How can I stop it ? Has this happened to anyone else?

The perfect game is when you're close to winning and the opponent 'loses the connection'. Coincidence? I don't think so.

Since Dec Ive been disconnecting from games rnadomly and my net is good.
