Disconnected

I always get disconnected in the middle of a lot of games. Regardless the position. But it really hurts when I am winning after tough work. My Internet signal remains steady but the site always does this. Even when I was a diamond member. The worst part of it is that afterwards, before starting a new game they flash a warning saying that I am not following fair play. This is really annoying. Not only do I lose won games, my rating falls unjustly, but I get blamed and warned. I would say that is my only complaint about this site. I believe many people have the same problem and I believe the site managers should try to solve the instability of their servers before starting to automatically blame someone for abandoning a won game intentionally. Very irrational. This was the main reason I did not renew my trial diamond membership, because they supposedly gave you this "disconnection" protection. I am starting to think they on purpose disconnect you so you buy the diamond membership or other of their paid options. The bad here is that even with a pais membership they still disconnect you and you end up losing won games. THIS DOES NOT HELP PEOPLE WHO PLAY TO PRACTICE AND GET BETTER. SUCKS.
