Rather than giving vent to their possibly justified annoyance, respondents might have offered something substantive rather than resorting to infantile responses.
In fact, apparently given that many members have expressed similar views to mine, surely it is time that the site owners removed this option.
Given that there have been so many posts, can anyone tell me what is the original reasoning behind including such an option - rather than my having to browse through thousands of posts on the subject.

I am more than puzzled by opponents' who disconnect during play only to reconnect some time later.
What can be their motives? It can't be related to time as their clocks continue to tick away. Could it be to seek help from some book or other which would constitute cheating.
I'd be grateful if someone would help in this matter. They could do so on this forum or by connecting to my internet address which is ron.sheen@btinternet.com
Thanks in anticipation
