Disconnection from games and time increment

I lost about 50 points in games I was winning because my games are always disconnecting and later I will be restricted from playing for intentionally disconnecting games while its not my fault I also noticed that my opponents time always increase sometimes by 10-15 seconds or more. What can I do to stop all this.
