I can't be the only one on here who wants friends and chess can I? I propose we have a thing where we email or wrote letters back and forth and each time we send an email or letter at the bottom of the page we send a move on the bord and keep up with our own boards. This is something I've wanted to do for a long time. Please tell me I'm not alone

In response to the OP, it's called correspondence chess, what you are referring to.

You are from the US.  Go to www.uschess.org.  You can play USCF rated correspondence games.  I actually have 4 ratings, not 1, in the USCF.  Regular, Quick, Blitz, and Correspondence.
