The odds that we alone had to beat in order to exist are beyond astronomical. The chance of another race of sentient, self-aware beings existing, at least in the known universe, is very close to and almost certainly zero.

In fact, knowing what we do about the universe, it's about 1000000000000+ times more likely that a race of undiscovered aliens exist somewhere on planet Earth than somewhere out in the void.

We are not an accidental creation. Lol. As much as some would like to believe it. However, I can't get into this subject, because of 2 main reasons.

First....Because my comments would be removed, and this topic locked.

Second.... I don't have time, nor inclination to write a book to educate others on the subject. Especially when common sense, and research will answer the questions they have for themselves, and many don't want to do anything but argue.

I will only give a clue. Research ancient histories. Our ancestors knew more than many modern scholars give them credit for. I am a Christian, and if people want proof, its written in the histories, you will need to do some serious research however.

So as not to get into some drawn out debates with people, please don't take my word for it. It is something each person should do for themselves. Don't take anyones word for it.

I lean towards a belief in God myself but it's far from provable. Don't even act like you can know for sure because no one can. Great minds for a millenia have wrestled with these questions. You are a johnny-come-lately who cannot even add a single inch to your own height and you are going to claim you can know for sure that there's a God? That's just arrogance.

Thats how come millions gave their lives, because they weren't sure. There is ample proof as I have said, just going by history itself, not including my own personal experiences, which are meaningless to people like you.

Millions have given their lives for several different gods. Do all of them exist? You cannot possibly know. You can think you know, but there is no way to know these things. Agnosticism is the only intellectually valid position.
