Accounts will get banned but generally work through an escalation process where they'll be warned first and if the behavior continues, muted for increasingly longer time spans.

No, please do not publicly post abusive content. You can provide to staff via a ticket, though screenshots are not proof, in and of themselves, as they can be easily faked. Staff will take reports and member history into account when making decisions on what actions to proceed with.
