Do Puzzle Rush and Rapid Ratings Translate to OTB Classical?
They are different categories and different rating pools, but it is tough to get a really accurate indicator. Experience tells me that it also depends how "seriously" people play online chess as some take OTB classical much more seriously.
Assuming you play relatively seriously online, then typically OTB tends to be within 200 points of Rapid chess.com rating. A chess.com rapid rating of 1300 probably means about 1100-1300 USCF (OTB) rating, but again, this is an estimate and it varies for everyone.
Survival score of 29 looks fairly consistent with 1300 rapid (or perhaps even slightly better than average for that rating level). 1700 puzzles also looks good - most people tend to agree chess.com puzzles are inflated to rapid chess.com rating by about 400 points, but might be inflated much more in some cases. 1300+400=1700, so this is right on track.
Granted, we haven't played unrated live chess together, but I'd estimate you are a solid 1300 chess.com rapid player and probably 1100-1300 OTB rating ![]()

how about me then
2100ish rapid rating
51 survival puzzle rush
3000 puzzles
Funny, since I know you understand ratings and rating pools enough to know - but sure I'll play along and answer. 2100-ish Rapid rating likely means 1900-2100 OTB rating (2100-200=1900). 51 Survival is pretty high, but I'm also guessing you don't have the time to play Survival much because it is so time consuming; perhaps you'll play blitz instead of Survival Puzzle Rush etc. To be fair, I don't blame you, I have a higher Puzzle Rush Survival score than 51, but ugh, Survival takes a long time for one sitting. 52 is my personal highest currently, but I think I reached 54 when doing a Puzzle Rush Survival collab with a chess.com friend (their account but us analyzing together).
Here is a LONG article summarizing a year of my Puzzle Rush Survival if anyone wants to check it out ![]()

As for 3000+ puzzles, this is most impressive! My highest was only 2700+ for puzzles, but here is a blog post I did when I reached 2400+ (has some puzzles posted in it with my mid-puzzle thoughts for learning).

NO
They don't directly translate to each other, but there is some positive correlation that obviously higher rated players online tend to be higher rated in classical chess too. It is just that there isn't a super accurate way to pinpoint within more than a few hundred points as it varies from player to player for many reasons.
