I play my games twice a day, in the morning, and after work. I find it incredible that if I play at 7:00 a.m. in the morning, that by 8:00 p.m. there are only 4 hours left on the 24 hour games. This is very consistent, and there is no way that Chess.com is timing out the games correctly. I have brought it to their attention several times, and have had games restored, but that is not the proper solution.

Timed out on 7/19 games in a no vacation tournament that you created? Ouch. That has to hurt.

This one game really had to be enlightening (from a Zen point of view):

/ Unfortunately, there are no time stamps visible to users in "daily" chess, so no one can verify your claim.  (Perhaps as tournament director you have access to more information than we do.)

The 37% timeout ratio for the tournament seems high to me but I don't play correspondence chess any more. However, nobody else in the tournament seems to be reporting timing issues.

I think you just have to send an email in to the staff and ask them to examine the time logs.

You should screenshot your amount of time at different points in the day.

Does your computer have the correct time on it?

This sounds like a stupid problem, and it also seems like chess.com staff should be able to fix it pretty easily.

Wonder why people are reluctant to advise others in the forums, I'm sure the staff are just willing to jump at your claims as they know they will be appreciated.
