Nice description, many chess players could learn something from this.
do you know the origin of Chess?

Indeed, it derives from shatranj or chatrang, which is itself the Persian version of chaturanga from classical India
The Persians appear to have made significant changes over time. It is unfortunate that we don't have more historical information. The accounts pop up for chaturanga, shatranj and xiangqi at similar times while these cultures were very much interacting. It seems possible there was cross pollination including Indian adoption of Persian or Chinese ideas. We simply don't have enough data to determine exactly what occurred.
But the similarities between current chaturanga and chess as well as Persian accounts of Indians bringing chaturanga to Persia are notable.
The idea of China as the origin of chess does have to swim upstream against what evidence we have.
The game was introduced to southern Europe in the tenth century by the Arabs, but it is not known where exactly it was invented. It derives from shatranj or chatrang, which is itself the Persian version of chaturanga from classical India. The current rules were established at the end of the 15th century. Chess is one of the most popular puzzle games in the world.
