I actually like both, but with a time control with increment is better for learning/improving.

I see you also prefer blitz/bullet to rapid. I actually got very bad in speed chess, but I'm happy because meanwhile my rapid rating is going up, which is my main goal.
I used to play 3|0 as a timekiller
In many cases I played 3|0 as 1|0 because thinking is not my best ability at chess
