Do you think IM Levy Rozman will be a Grandmaster?

I do not know if he will be, interesting to see. In front of the like detector, Hikaru said he thinks Levy would not be a GM

I believe potentially "yes" but statistically the answer is "no." Luckily for Levy, he has the resources to become GM; he has connections to GMs for coaching, money to invest into his chess improvement, already a high chess ability (he is a strong IM after all) and so forth. Is this enough to be GM though? Similarly, is Levy willing to stick with his improvement long enough to make it to this level?
I'm leaning more towards "No" for Levy making GM, but I am not counting him out and I hope me makes it to GM.

He's definitely stronger than he was a couple years ago. He's expanding his opening repertoire, which he has to do so as not to be so predictable. From his descriptions, it sounds like he and his coach have focussed in on his weaknesses and are trying to recalibrate his move evaluation as a result. In the end, it will come down to whether or not he can maintain his nerves during OTB tournaments, and also whether or not he has the time necessary to put in the long hours of study and training. I think he can do the former, but his life as a streamer is time demanding and might be the thing that is his biggest barrier. Whatever the outcome, it will take 3 or 4 years I would think. It's not going to be anytime soon.

In 1978, Nona Gaprindashvili became a GM and she was 37 years old. Sultan Khan died in 1966 but in 2024 FIDE awarded the title of Honorary Grandmaster to him posthumously. So everything is possible. Just not for Levy.
