Your opponent's first and 3rd moves were a terrible choice; black's equivalent of the Fool's Mate. If you opened by moving the e pawn out then you could have won in 4 moves.

Lol your right it makes games exciting (I've never seen GMs play with so much action behind enemy lines!) but useless to analyse and try to predict what they will play next.
Funny game!
The beginning reminds me of playing again the computer here on chess.com. Too often it's so easy to walk up with a pawn taking so many pieces.

Dutch may not be the cookiecutter defense. But it is servieable. And the variation black played isn't bad. He should have played Bg7 in the fourth move though.
