Yes, people I play with often say that my moves are confusing and unpredictable. ADHD can be a superpower sometimes.

ADHD symptoms vary from person to person. I have ADHD and it can definitely affect my chess, but I take Dextroamphetamine which helps tremendously when I'm taking it. But honestly, I would not recommend relying on medication. Focus can be improved with time and practice.
