does any one feel like they are playing a bot rather than a real person

I am getting frustrated with this app, I play in rated tournaments and the way players with a score of 700 play on here seems strange, like I’m playing with someone who is cheating. I’m very frustrated because people with a score of 700 play like they are 1500 it seems fishy to me. Something isn’t right. Any thoughts?

Chess.com has adjusted my score due to opponent cheating many times.. I just want to play a normal game, not feel like I’m playing an engine of some sort
