Does Anybody know that there is a Brilliant move in the Fried Liver Attack on Move 9??

This video shows the Brilliant move in the Fried Liver attack But I still can't Understand why this is a brilliant move. but that is the only saving move for black.
After white castles short (O-O), Black played 9. c6!! (Brilliant Move).
