I prefere eye of the tiger before i have to go to work, bit of classical music while playing chess doesn't distract me too much..

You can condition yourself to be happy...think about a move, play it, surrender to the outcome, move on... If you are conditioned to win in order to feel happy....wont work in the long run. If you play to LEARN you can feel happy no matter what 🙂If you lose ...learn from your blunder... Happiness is not dependent on external things. 🙏
