Does chess.com give the money back to ban accounts?

That is the question, if a premium member, who pays, gets caught cheating and it is banned from the site, does he get his money back? or at least a proportional part of the remaining time?

On on hand, I'd say no, because the have violated the rules of the site, but on the other hand, when someone pays is signing a contract for one year (for example) and gives money in exchange of a service. When they are banned, they have no longer those services they paid for, so not giving their money back could result in the violation of a law, which is more important that the rule of a site. So, what is the answer, I am just curious, don't start making fun guys :P I am not planning to cheat ;)

As far as I know they don't. And I don't think they are in violation of law by refusing to do so, when we become members, paying or otherwise, we agree to abide by the rules of the site. If you go to an expensive concert and get thrown out for behaving badly, would you expect a refund of your ticket?
