Does Online Chess hurt or help?

Of course this is coming from someone who plays a lot of bullet chess, haha. I often think bullet is probably not good for my game because I am making blunders all over the place. In Online Chess it's the opposite. On each move I use the Analysis board and go over tons of possibilites -- way more than I could ever do in my head, over the board. So maybe a better question is, when I play Online chess should I avoid using another board, and try to come up with the lines in my head?

Online Chess does help you to improve your game if you play atleast 5 games at once. But if you play 100+ chess games I think that doesn't help you to improve your game (especially 3 days per move or less)
