My puzzle rating is over 600 points higher than my actual rating. I'd be willing to say that goes for pretty much every other non-titled player as well.

Hi everyone,
I’ve been wondering about the relationship between puzzle rating and actual playing rating on Chess.com.
Many players (including me) have a puzzle rating that is significantly higher than their blitz, rapid, or classical rating. Puzzles clearly help with tactical pattern recognition, but in real games we also have to deal with time pressure, strategy, and finding tactics without knowing they exist.
So I’m curious:
How close is your puzzle rating to your real rating?
Do you think puzzle rating is a good indicator of playing strength?
At what point do the two ratings start to align more closely?
I’d love to hear your thoughts and experiences!
Thanks ♟️
