I just want to know has tech support  help us or do they pretend to because the live chess bug has never been fixed even everybody tells tech support

Have you submitted a support ticket that hasn't been answered? Have you been given the wrong information on a support ticket?  Was someone in support not helpful ?

Thank god staff well its just everyBody always complains about the and I wonder if tech was actually looks at the complains I did not know we have support tickets could you give me more information

Bottom of this page, if you click either on the Help & Support link or the FAQ's link it shows you pages of information about how to do things on the site. If you can't find what you're looking for, or want to report someone - look on the left side and click where it says 'Contact Us'.  That gives you a form to fill out so support staff have details from you on what it is you need help with.

well I just think its ive seen alot of people say it every where and there mind reading are they control the whole @#$% thing or they would not have commented on this blog but i will say this when they say people  are wimps and not say they aborted this game that is total $#$#^#% because they abort the game on the first move then say on chat that darn that bug im sorry but not buying it there is a bug on live chess darn it.
