Does wasting time count as cheating in bullet - Chess Forums

Sometimes in bullet when I’m losing badly I just do random premoves and wait till the opponent runs out of time, even though they are way ahead. Does this technically count as bastard cheating?

Bullet involves both the board and the clock. You can win with either one.

If they have less time they aren't way ahead. In a 1/0 game time is an important part of assessing a position as much as if not more than material.
