Chess.com takes cheating very seriously: see https://www.chess.com/article/view/chess-com-fair-play-and-cheat-detection, https://support.chess.com/customer/en/portal/articles/1444879-fair-play-on-chess-com-what-you-need-to-know and https://www.chess.com/blog/DanielRensch/cheating-on-chesscom.
To report a suspected cheater to the Support team, please select Report Abuse under the Help menu, or use this link: https://support.chess.com/customer/portal/emails/new. All reports are investigated, even if there is no immediate visible action.
If you are wondering why no action is seemingly taken against people you have reported, sometimes it's just one step in a lengthy process, but perhaps also what you thought was cheating was not, as some of the commentary in this thread has pointed out. I would highly recommend joining the Cheating Discussion Club at https://www.chess.com/club/cheating-forum and they can help you analyse games.
Unfortunately, discussion about cheating in the public forums tend to leads to flame wars, which is why Chess.com policy does not allow such discussion. Similarly, discussion about religion or politics is also barred from the public forums, so I am locking this thread.

India should first concentrate on fighting poverty, corruption, and improving infrastructure, providing basic needs to citizens, and human rights. Instead of space exploration, advanced research, and outsourcing all their talented workers to other countries! another thing, maybe you know everything in tech support but if you can't communicate English then it is useless. again - quality over quantity. A talk about bad priorities...
Don't be jealous of India's space exploration my friend. We know what to do and what not and its our choice to spend our money the way we like. No one has right to question. We are fighting our poverty and there is a lot progress in it. We are proud of our progress in various fields. We are also aware that we are very much behind in certain areas comparing world standards, but sure we overcome in no time. Coming to english, its jus a language and nothing proud in knowing it. Yet India got talented english speakers after USA. If India dare world to learn its 18 official languages, will it able to? lol hell no. All the best
