Done to death, but never resign at low elo's.

Here is a game that I seriously considered resigning. I was totally outplayed, and absolutely out classed, but I thought back to all the NEVAR SURRENDER forums, and decided to play it out.

ha, so many bad moves in this game.

But you're right, your opponent made several bad moves as well which allowed you the win. I was recently playing an online game where I lost a rook for nothing realtively early. I managed to come back by skewering the queen and rook and then winning a few pawns. Eventually I got a fork on the king and queen so my opponent resigned, and he was ranked almost 400 points higher than me.

Thought I would share the game I mentioned above, with a few annotations. Smile

Thanks a lot. It felt really good to get back to an even position, then gain an advantage and win. The whole time I was thinking, don't give up he can easily mess up.

Disrespectful not to resign when the opponent has a huge advantage.

Yeah still had enough pieces for chances. Good thing you didn't resign. Make them struggle for the win
