I have seen many people draw the game with so many pieces on board. why do they do that? I mean I think if they had played further someone might have won. right??

There are many factors going into a draw agreement. If you have a particular example where you thought a draw was premature, please post it.

Many new players do not understand draws awarded without mutual agreement. For example, a draw is sought by one side when the position is repeated three times or when more than fifty moves have passed since a pawn move or capture. Without such rules, games could go on forever without a resolution.

look at the game, I think the game may have continued. Please explain this draw.

I think the position is obviously pretty balanced.  However, there is no doubt that lesser players could screw it up and lose.null

Since a chess player has the right to offer a draw and the other player has the right to accept it or reject it you can theoretically encounter draws in any type of position even won or lost positions although it will of course typically happen in an even position.

You can argue that an even position is not a finished game, but if the players agree making it a draw then they have decided that the game is finished.

Pretty sure I could draw a GM or any chess engine in that position as either color.

Maybe not 100% of the time, but yeah, it's pretty dead.
