I think 3 points for a win instead of 2 and that there's no issue with the number of draws as a drawn game most often contains high quality play from both sides. And your caps lock button appears to be stuck.

u need years and years to really appreciate moves at that level, what newcomers want is "blood", entertainment like bullet , blitz, etc ...and could get that too on long term matches

1. win 3  / draw 1 sounds better;

2. why not give more tot the black, it is supposed to get a succes for them in case they draw, isn' t it ?

thus it sounds to  a neophyte logical and fair to give

Black draw : = victory    3, for instance, (or a little less, according to the general stats of black victorie/black defeats)! 

I like the 3/1 points for win/draw scoring. I wonder why more top level tournaments don't score this way.

Chess960 could be an interesting way to reduce the number of draws. I think the top players would reject 960. It would diminish one of their advantages: their phenomenal memories.
