Hey, it's not the first time I've seen a post about a draw agreement (where there wasn't!)

Much to my disappointment when I oppened the app again, there it was.
I did not click anything (since you need 2 clicks to even offer the draw).
Is it possible that there's a bug causing this?

It seems unlikely but it's always possible that a bug gets created.
If your opponent offered the draw, you would only need one click to accept it.
You can use the various bug report tools to let the developers know. ("Report problems" in the Android app settings; there's a "Contact us" link in iOS Help .)
The problem they have is to recreate what happened.
Please post the links to the other posts where you have seen this reported. Do they use the same app? Were they recent?
