how early is it alright to agree to a draw.
I have seen players play 5 moves and agree to a draw.
I am talking about OTB tournaments.
I think 25 moves should be minimum.
players agreeing to a draw beforehand should both receive minus ½ point.
is it really alright to agree to a draw on move 15?
what does FIDE think?
I am not talking about grandmasters cause they may know a position is drawn already after move 12 but anyone else isn't a computer.
