The rouling is another, it can be a draw but not for the 24 moves as you propose.
Please to post the position, if you have just a pawn in a right place it can be win for you, so why ask a draw?

The other ways that your opponent could claim a draw in that situation is if the position repeated itself 3 times (not necessarily consecutively), or if you ran out of time.

Agree on the 50 move rule.
K + B + N vs K requires maximum 36 moves with perfect play. It does take a lot of effort to learn but once you have it on the board you know how to win.
Is there any rule if opponent has only a king left then it's a draw after 24 moves
