My opponent refuses to accept a draw even tho we have no mating material: king and bishop vs. king and knight and there is no automatic draw called by the program. What should I do?

@OP: You'll just have to play it out for now. In that type of position, you can even sacrifice a piece, since the loss of either minor piece will elicit an automatic draw by insufficient material by the server.

By "play it out" wait for 50-move rule and claim the draw.

THANKS for your suggestions: wait 50 moves, "sac your piece and the program will call a draw, have some whisky. I'm sure one of them will work, especially the whisky. David
